The Many Faces Of Kari ("Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle")
Part of the fun of Charlie's Angels (or at least the Drew Barrymore produced movies based on the television property) was the number of disguises the girls got to wear to foil the bad guys. In just two films there were dozens of costumes and set ups. So, we figured the best way to tackle this was to place our own Plight girls in the same situations. But there was a problem. Kari was the only woman in our little universe at the time. Well there's Eli, but she doesn't count since she's a villainess.
Instead we decided to take Kari and place her into a string of comic panel along with one long body shot. But as a special treat Jake only drew three of the five panels, leaving me to come up with two disguises myself. That was nice of him wasn't it?
As one of our more character centered pieces, it came out being a fun collaborative effort in the end with all the color and attention to detail. - Tony
