Michael Hill (otherwise known as Ice Maxx) is an amazing artist with deep animated influences in his work. Whether it's rendering DC, Marvel, or original characters, Michael gives it his own spin and often produces art that is unquestionably his own. He also follows the work of Steven Sanchez which is how I first learned of him several months ago. After following his stuff and having Steven do a few illustrations of Kari, I was more than estatic when Michael did a couple of pieces for me as well.
I personally like his version of Erik not only because it's different than what we normally see, but that he appears on the verge of practically breaking out of the page. And of course I can't thank him enough for drawing it in the first place. - Jake
