"Untitled"

Although this is considered on record as being Tony's ninth pin-up (and it is by order of how it was posted), this is in fact perhaps Tony's FIRST drawing of Plight. Seriously, after so many years and hundreds of drawings, we probably wouldn't even know this for certain except for one small detail neither of us will ever forget. See all those tiny speckles of color scattered around? Tony did all by adding it in Photoshop dot by dot. That's right - at least four hours of using the pencil tool; clicking the mouse every few seconds and zooming in and out of the magnification as he colored that huge picture, trying to stay in the lines. It was a task full of determination as my boy trudged through it. And when he completed it in the end, he did so with a huge confident smile. For this was the first picture he colored in Photoshop and in the end, he was mighty proud of it.
...until he discovered the paint bucket tool a half-hour later. Then he was pissed.
True story. That was the only way at the time he knew how to color something. And so for that reason alone, this picture has a permanent place on the website. - Jake
