Kari as a Cavegirl
Tony had a wild idea come to mind about Kari as a cave girl. He thought it'd be funny if I drew it as scientifically accurate as possible; meaning having her hunched-back, swollen, dirty, rotten teeth, buggy eyes, hairy mustache... that sort of thing. And I have to admit I tried my hand at it. Now I don't know what's more frightening: how the drawing made Kari more uglier than I could ever describe or the fact it was a pretty decent picture. But it didn't matter. No matter what, I was never intending to post that version in here anyway.
This is the idea that received the majority of votes when I ran the first request poll. Out of a large list full of well-known fictional characters such as Wonder Woman and Lara Croft, more people wanted to see Kari in pre-historic times than anything else. It was a shock to me, and a very flattering one as well. So for once I didn't try to soften things up. I listened to what everybody's ideas were and did my best to work with it. It was you guys calling the shots this time and I hope I did good by it because if it wasn't for you all, this wouldn't be as fun as it is.
